Shipping information

Products are posted by Royal Mail. We are currently in a busy period. Please allow 1 week for your delivery to arrive. This can take up to 2 weeks during busier periods. You will be informed immediately by email if there will be any delay to your delivery.

Returns Policy

Treatment sessions

All online sessions plus gift cards need to be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase. We require 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If not enough information has been given, there will be a full charge for missed appointments. Please note that Trish O Hara Acupuncture does not offer refunds on treatment sessions or packages. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note depending on the circumstances. The only exception to this policy is a severe illness where acupuncture can’t be used, confirmed by a medical certificate. Thank you.

Physical Goods

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another product.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
